Let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to assist you! ★ EXTRA GUEST ★ The nightly rate accommodates up to 6 guests, while our unit can comfortably sleep up to 7. Any guest beyond 6 are considered extra guests and a fee of $30 per guest per night will apply. ★ TAXES INCLUDED★ Taxes are included in the nightly rate. This must be collected and submitted to NYC ★ PARKING ★ Kindly note that only street parking is available.
