This beautifully renovated, spacious home is in an awesome location! It's only 3 miles to the vibrant downtown Sarasota. Only about 6.5 miles to the famous Siesta Key Beach and Lido Key Beach as well as upscale shopping and dining at St. Armand's Circle. And 8 miles to SRQ airport. If you become tired of the beaches and exploring all of the restaurants, cook in the fully equipped kitchen or cook out in the fenced backyard with your kids (with & without fur). Relax & enjoy the beautiful weather The space As you enter, you'll see that there is all new tile throughout the house, new furniture, smart TVs in each room to stream whatever you’d like, new cooking appliances, utensils, etc., fresh paint. The is an inviting, open living/dining area with a relaxing, beach vibe. There's plenty of seating on the sectional couch, large dining room table that seats 6, 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar and another table in the kitchen with 4 chairs... perfect to gather, bond and entertain. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed and new 55" smart tv with french doors to the backyard and a large master bathroom. The 1st guest room has a king bed with new 50" smart tv. The 2nd guest room has a queen size bed, smart tv, and they share the a spacious guest bathroom. There is also a laundry room with new washer and dryer. Beach towels are provided. Guest access Front door. Press “Yale”” to illuminate the keypad and put your personal code in (code is provided to guests the morning of check in). Other things to note This 3/2 is attached to a 1 bedroom in law suite. They have separate entrances and yards divided by a privacy fence with locked gate and can not access each other. *Note: Each side has their own laundry. Laundry room is not shared and the doors are double locked. This is not a shared space. *** Early check-in is very unlikely as we have the cleaners cleaning before your arrival. If, by chance, early check-in is available, it’d be an extra $75. When asking for early checkin, please mention you are willing to pay the extra fee. Thanks!
