This is a warm, welcoming 2nd floor space . It's a large room with a full size bed, a huge sitting area with wrap around couch and a large tv. It has a work area, a cube refrigerator, microwave, and 4-cup drip coffee maker. The full bath is accessible from the hall and is shared by the guests only. Near UConn, Close to the Rails to Trails and 20 minutes to Hartford, 30 minutes to Groton. Additional options available for Holistic Healing Services. During your stay For guests requesting breakfast during their stay, rather than build it into the cost, I prefer to make it upon request. Food requests can be available with advanced notice, otherwise local fresh eggs, fruit, vegetables, some harvested from my gardens & always espresso, latte or tea. Organic, gluten free & local when available. Other things to note I am a holistic health practitioner and I have rooms on the first floor dedicated to that business. I ask that during the day that the house remain respectfully quiet to accommodate those clients. This home is also a chemical free space, meaning I avoid perfume, chemical fragrance, scented detergent, etc. No plug-ins here only high quality essential oils.
