It offers breathtaking vistas as far as the eye can see. Cabin with a generous 2000 square feet of entertainment space on over an acre of lush pine forest. It's conveniently near the heart of Hochatown. You'll find dining, shopping, and hiking there. You also have easy access to both Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park. They're all just moments away. This family-friendly vacation cabin fits up to 8 guests. It has 2 king bedrooms and a bunk/game room with a handy pocket door. • The kitchen - is well-appointed. It has beautiful countertops and brand-new stainless-steel appliances. It offers a choice of a Keurig K-cup coffee maker (starter pack available) or a traditional coffee pot. Ample seating at both the table and bar ensures that everyone can gather together for meals or fun-filled game nights. • The master suite 1 - boasts an ensuite bath. It has a spacious, lovely walk-in shower and a luxurious soaker tub. The tub has a captivating view of the outdoors. All modern finishes are designed with relaxation and pampering in mind. • The 2nd king bedroom - has a tiled walk-in shower. and modern touches that create a spa-like atmosphere. • Bunk/Game room - Located next to the kitchen and dining area and you'll find 4 twin XL beds ( 2 twin over Twin bunks ). They give kids a space to sleep and hang out while adults gather around the inviting fireplace. The game room features a Smart TV and an arcade game for hours of fun. • Patio: Adding to the charm of the indoor space is an expansive 1100 square feet of covered patio, including a large covered deck that spans the entire length of the cabin, offering incredible panoramic views. This space is ideal for enjoying the forest's beauty, and watching the sunrise and sunset, and comes complete with a built-in propane grill and granite countertop. You can also cozy up next to the outdoor fireplace, relax in the hot tub, or even savor your meals at the patio table. Don't forget to take advantage of the fire pit and two outdoor spider swings located just a few steps from the spacious outdoor patio. If you're seeking a cozy outdoor spot to enjoy your morning coffee, each king bedroom also offers private patio spaces. With plenty of room for everyone, "Endless Views" promises an unforgettable vacation experience. "Endless Views" is situated within Timber Creek Trails South. Access to the cabin is facilitated by well-maintained paved roads, ensuring a smooth journey until the last mile, where the road transitions into a gravel-hilly path. There are two convenient parking options available, both featuring paved driveways. These driveways are located on both the front and back sides of the cabin, offering flexibility for guests. The U-shaped driveway is spacious enough to accommodate a boat or ATV trailer, providing additional convenience for outdoor enthusiasts. From the U-shaped driveway, you will ascend via paved steps leading up to the cabin. Additionally, there is a paved driveway at the top of the cabin, equipped with a paved walking ramp and sturdy handrails to guide you safely to the front door entrance. ◆ Getting to Know Broken Bow ◆ Welcome to the captivating region of SE Oklahoma, a destination renowned for its natural beauty and splendor, drawing visitors from all corners of the South throughout the year. While many refer to this area as "Broken Bow," it is within the charming town of Hochatown where our cabins reside. Hochatown is a small town bursting with boundless excitement and adventure, where the art of glamping reigns supreme. Immerse yourself in the wonders of Hochatown, where opportunities for outdoor exploration abound. Embark on exhilarating hikes through the breathtaking Kiamichi Forest, with trailheads just a short drive from the cabin area. Delight in the thrill of boating on the pristine waters of Broken Bow Lake, discovering hidden coves and picturesque vistas. Indulge in the allure of the region's wineries, uncovering new flavors and experiences. Plus, Hochatown offers an array of captivating attractions to discover and enjoy. To ensure your trip planning is seamless, we will provide you with an online Area Guide upon booking, featuring a comprehensive list of attractions and restaurants in Broken Bow. This invaluable resource will simplify your journey and enhance your overall experience, allowing you to make the most of your time in this extraordinary destination. ◆ Boat Slip ◆ The cabin is located an approximately 8-10 drive from Broken Bow Lake, where you can locate a public shared boat slip. ◆ Property Policies ◆ Maximum Occupancy: 8, 4 adults and 4 children. Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without a refund. Must be 25 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay. For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back doors cabin entrance. They are 24/7 motion activated and record video and sound. We do not permit the following at any time: No Pets, No Smoking or Vaping of any kind, No Fireworks Permitted, No Parties! Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area, and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens. Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups. We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out. The fireplace will not be operational from April 1 to October 1. Fireplaces are seasonal from mid-October to early May. (Dates may change if the weather changes early.) You will be required to sign a rental agreement. A $300 security deposit will be held on your card during your stay and released 2 days after your departure pending no damages or missing items. Furniture and decor are subject to change without notice. Welcome to the "wasp season" from November to December and early spring! During chilly nights and early mornings, followed by warm days, wasps tend to gather on rooftops in search of warmth. While it doesn't necessarily mean there's a wasp nest in the house, they are essentially in hibernation mode, seeking cozy spots. Generally, they won't bother you much, but we kindly ask you to keep the cabin doors and windows shut to prevent them from entering. Just a heads-up: there's wasp spray conveniently located under the kitchen sink in case you need it, but do not spray over the furniture! Stay buzz-free and enjoy your time in the cabin! Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit. Guests will receive a keycode 1 day before arrival to enter the cabin. This keycode is changed after every guest for your safety. Our co-hosts Stacy & Nick from The Utmost Host will be available during your stay via phone and text if needed.
