The Cottage has been tastefully restored retaining many of the original timbers and features. With its old world charm and the addition of modern conveniences, the cottage combines luxurious living and comfort. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, an outdoor private bath and an outdoor shower by the pool. The french doors open on to a large undercover deck for relaxed dining overlooking the plunge pool and spa. The cottage is perfect for couples getaways or family holidays. Light filled, clean, comfortable with that Byron Beach charm. Enjoy Apple TV, air conditioning, gas fire, cook in the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and Japanese chefs knives. Enjoy the very hot spa under the stars, outdoor shower, plunge pool and free WI-FI, Got a pooch who needs a holiday too? Well-mannered and behaved small pets are welcome after consultation with friendly owner. Additional Cost of $100 applies for the duration of stay. NO PARTIES, EVENTS or SCHOOLIES meaning no stag nights, hen nights, weddings or parties of any kind. Guest access One block away from Clarkes beach and a five min stroll to town. Other things to note At no time during your occupancy is the number of guests staying to exceed the number booked, unless prior approval is sought and given by management. The use of extra beds other than the number booked will attract an additional tariff. Any persons exceeding the maximum occupancy of the property will be considered trespassers and will be evicted.
