A tranquil space away from the buzz of the city but a 6 minute train ride away or 20-25 minutes by bus. Ten min cycle from portobello beach. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk away. Renting a double bedroom and a reclining sofa couch in the dining room area. The other bedroom room is sometimes occupied by my young female flatmate, however she is often not home and does not use the living room space. The space The property has a contemporary and simple style and was refurbished in 2020 with fresh paint and floors. The bedroom is spacious and has two windows that open for fresh air. The sunlight enters during the evening. The bathroom has both a shower and a bath and a window overlooking the garden.
