Gîtes Le Vieux Vinzelles: 'Les Châtaigniers'

In the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Natural Park, in the Puy-de-Dôme, in Auvergne, on a 10 ha park, this gîte is a haven of peace where several spring water fountains flow. The cottage is located in a former 17th century hunting lodge. Everything is possible here: reconnect with nature, recharge your batteries thanks to the air of volcanoes and thermal waters, stroll in the chestnut forest from the cottage, hike in the Chaine des Puys. The space A cottage designed for your holidays with family or friends. The Châtaigniers gîte is quietly located on the edge of the forest. It is a bright, spacious cottage. It includes a large living room (with sofa bed) open to the kitchen, two bedrooms (with double bed 160*200), a bathroom/WC. The accommodation is a total of 82 m2. This is a duplex. Beds are made upon arrival. Towels provided, as well as kitchen towels. Cleaning products are provided. Large outdoor park of 10 HA and parking in the park. Guest access The accommodation offered corresponds to the Châtaigniers gîte: located on the 2nd level of the pavilion. The cottage, as a whole, is composed of a former hunting lodge built in the 17th century which has been transformed into 3 comfortable cottages. In addition, there is an old farmhouse dating from the 20th century which also hosts a cottage on the ground floor with a beautiful white vaulted room that is as pleasant in summer as in winter. The cottage is part of our main residence (old independent farmhouse on the estate). The estate is accessible to all: large 10 ha park with several rest areas: sun loungers, hammock, tables & chairs available in the park & barbecue. We are on the D15, 3 km from Volvic, in the small hamlet of Vinzelles. Our entrance (large blue wrought iron gate) is on the departmental road, about thirty meters before the cul-de-sac, at number 2. Other things to note For groups who rent several cottages and wish to meet to prepare and eat meals together, a furnished room is available on the ground floor of the Manor (extra charge to be paid)
