Access to public transportation to and from downtown, Malecón or airport is just a few steps away. Ideal for families due to its distribution of indoor and outdoor spaces. The space The house is quite cozy and comfortable. The decoration, accompanied by the natural lighting that comes in through its multiple windows, creates a very quiet atmosphere. It has very good natural ventilation, which is a very important factor in a city like Puerto Vallarta. It consists of two bedrooms, both with air conditioning, fan and queen size bed. We do not have A/C in common areas. In the living room you'll find a Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube and open TV channels. Access to public transportation is near. The nearest beach is 3.2 kilometers away, or an approximately 15-minute drive. The "Malecon", for its part, is located at a distance of 4.8 kilometers, or a 20-minute drive by car. The Airport and the bus station are both located at a distance of approximately 5.9 kilometers, and a trip of 13 to 15 minutes will be enough to get to and from them.
