This house works great for multi families and had the ability to create lock codes for each suite. And while we love to create space for our guests to have great memories with friends, we have a strict no party or unauthorized event policy. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine and eviction from the premise. Parking: No parking is allowed on residential streets. Guests must park their cars in the designated driveway spots or risk ticketing and tow.
