Cool Houseboat in top location!

A tough, exclusive Houseboat. The luxury of a modern apartment, with the charm of life on the water. You feel the swell and hear the water gently cluttering. The view is truly magnificent, the coziness of all the sloops passing by, the breathtaking sunsets, the spotting of animals... A special experience, really something else! Sloop rental and restaurants are just around the corner. Please note: This Houseboat is only rented quietly (non-serious). The space Modern houseboat, suitable for 2 persons. You arrive through the terrace (lovely in the morning and early afternoon sun), through the sliding doors you enter the bright living room, with a sofa, dining table and open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, you cook on gas, there is a fridge with a small freezer compartment, there is even a dishwasher. Nice coffee can be made with the Nespresso machine. From the terrace you can swim right away, you jump right into the water and climb out again via your own swimming staircase. A wonderful way to cool off or start your morning fresh! There is one bathroom with a washbasin, toilet and shower, the round window can be opened. There is a spacious bedroom (compared to other houseboats), you can walk around the double bed, there is plenty of closet space for your clothes, the windows can be open, there are screens in front of the windows. Your bed is already made up when you arrive. The bed is 140cm wide and 200cm long. In the bedroom there is a door to the back deck, from where you can enter the roof terrace via a spiral staircase. There is a lounge sofa and coffee table, from there you have a beautiful view over the lake and the most beautiful sunsets... (Romantic!) Do you bring your own (electric) bikes? Then you can store it safely (and recharge) in our shed. Want to rent bikes? Then let us know in time, we can arrange that for you. Let's say you have a sloop? Then we always have a place for that in the harbor. Extra amenities; in our general space you can use the washing machine and dryer for a fee. Furthermore, you will find a mini library with (Dutch) books and magazines and a whole stack of games that you can borrow. Guest access The houseboat is located in the port of Waterpark De Waterlelie. We are a campsite and marina. We are renting out a number of accommodations (Lodges, mobile home, holiday home and the houseboat). Furthermore, we mainly have permanent camping and port guests. Other things to note The nearest supermarket is in Zwartsluis (Sunday closed) or Giethoorn (open all week). Would you like fresh rolls in the morning? Please ask for the link of the Broodjes service. Order in the afternoon before 3pm, then the sandwiches will be ready the next morning!
