Whether you prefer relaxing in the hot tub, hiking through the forest, curling up by the fire or cooking a gourmet dinner, there is something here for everyone. The surrounding forest is the most captivating part of this property. During your stay, you’ll have over 20 acres to roam. There are moss covered hiking paths through the trees, enormous boulders that were dropped by passing glaciers, crystal clears ponds, and a creek to explore during your time here. Guests have access to all of the house and yard/forest but not the out buildings/garages. We live on the property so we are available if needed but otherwise there won't be any interaction with guests. We swing by to maintain the jacuzzi every 2-3 days. This schedule is flexible and we're happy to work around any plans you may have! Ideally located for all of your adventures, this property is situated just 2 minutes from both Lake Sutherland and Lake Crescent, 20 mins from Port Angeles and 45ish mins from Ho Rainforest, Forks, Hot Springs and Hurricane Ridge. There is a bus route that goes past the house. Plenty of parking for your own cars on site. New this year! We finally have high speed internet thanks to Starlink! Cell service is spotty - verizon is the best though. There is a DVD player so feel free to bring your favorites, choose from our library or enjoy Direct TV. There is usually traffic noise audible from the yard since we are located right off Hwy 101. Dogs are welcome on the property but not inside the house. There is a dog run and a dog house in the yard and of course they are welcome to roam the forest freely. We live on the outer edge of the property and do have 2 dogs so please no aggressive pets.
