New fully equipped and spacious apartment: 46 m2 Carrez law but it is 62 m2 on the ground. It is located in the center of the village, access to all shops on foot (bakery, bar-tobacconist, pharmacy, snack bar). 10 minutes from the A29 highway, 25 minutes from Amiens by car, 30 minutes from Abbeville. Supermarket 10 minutes by car. Cozy apartment with equipped kitchen, bright with modern decor. It has a bedroom with double bed, and the sofa bed in the living room which adds two beds. Supermarket 10mn drive. Comfortable, bright apartment with modern decor. With fully equipped kitchen. It has one bedroom with double bed, and the sofa bed in the living room that adds two beds. Separate toilet, bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, no dryer but clothes drying rack available. As well as hair dryer (in bathroom furniture with towels and gloves). A desk is set up in the room for guests who need to work. Great for long stays. However, be careful with children under 3 years old, the staircase leading to the bedroom and bathroom has no barrier. The accommodation does not have a high chair, playpen or baby bed, this is to be expected. Apart from that, children under 3 years old are not counted in the price of the stay. Guest access The apartment is accessible via a private common courtyard belonging to the building. Access to the garden is possible by avoiding noise pollution (year-round tenant next door). Please note that the parking lot is accessible with a small slope. Very low cars with hooks or long trucks may rub (the underbody or the hook). To be sure, don't hesitate to give me the brand of your vehicle 😊 Otherwise there are two parking lots 20 meters away (with surveillance camera on the street) and 50 meters from the accommodation, free of charge. Other things to note I can't offer breakfast on site as I don't live there. On the other hand, there are all the amenities within walking distance: Bakery 200 meters away, open Tuesday through Sunday from 7 a.m. Bar-tobacco gas station right next door 40 meters away, open every day except Thursday. Snack restaurant 150 meters up the street, open every day for lunch and dinner except Friday lunch. If needed, there is a pharmacy 600 meters away. There are electric car charging stations in the church square 200 meters away. The only thing missing is a grocery store in the village, you have to go 10 km to get to a grocery store.
