Beautiful remodeled townhouse with 2 private courtyards on sought after Davis Islands (DI). Walkable to so many locations: 5 minutes to the quaint DI downtown with multiple restaurants and bars, 15 mins to downtown Tampa/Tampa Conv Center, 20 min walk to Water Street, Amalie Arena, and Sparkman Wharf. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, 2 queen beds and a 2 twin bed room. Outdoor patio area, gas grill. A modern kitchen overlooks the family room and a large formal dining room. Enjoy! The space The home is a townhome located near the tip of Davis Islands near Tampa General Hospital and offers two stories. The living/family area and kitchen as well as separate dining area and half bath are downstairs. There is access from the family room to the backyard and patio area which has a dining table with umbrella, gas grill, and propane fire pit with seating. The tv in the family room is a smart tv. The 3 bedrooms, one with en suite bath are upstairs and overlook the backyard area or front street side. Two bedrooms have queen beds. One has twin beds. Furnishings are modern and comfortable. The kitchen is fully applianced and equipped for dining in or enjoying take-out from any of our neighborhood restaurants. The garage has a free washer dryer, and two cars can park outside, side by side on the driveway. Guest access You will have the run of the townhouse. It does share a wall with one other townhome who live and work locally, so we ask that you limit the volume of your gatherings to between the hours of 8am and 10pm on weekdays, especially. I and they really appreciate this! Other things to note Please don’t book if you’re planning on using glitter in any of your in-house activities or wardrobe, etc requirements. Yup, it sounds weird, I know, but glitter really messes with the housekeeping.
