The Casita at Quecho!

The Casita at Quecho offers wonderful accommodations in the heart of town, just 1/2 a block from Main Street! Featuring a 2 room suite that comfortably sleeps 4 or 5 people, wifi, ROKU tv, and the best Mexican food and Margaritas in Julian just out the back door! The bedroom offers a queen bed and twin pull out while the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Mini fridge, microwave, & Keurig coffee maker (not a full kitchen). Private rear fenced yard with a fire pit & front deck with seating. The space This is an old historic home that has been remodeled with love and care; the gentle floor curvature adds charm and character! We are pet friendl! Please include your pet in your reservation, there is a $50 pet fee. Living Room * 50 inch Roku Smart TV with guest Netflix account (log in to your other streaming accounts (no cable or local channels) * Small desk and office chair * Queen Sleeper sofa with mattress topper * Small kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge & keurig coffee maker. Coffee, tea & hot cocoa pods plus light snacks, bottled water & sweetener packets provided. (Not a full kitchen, no oven, range or sink) * Dining table for 4 * Board games and kids toys Bedroom * Queen bed with premium bedding & mattress topper * Twin pull out sleeper sofa * Extra blankets & pillows * Hanging rack with hangers and drawers for clothing storage * Luggage rack Bathroom * Towels, TP, shampoo, conditioner & body wash provided. * A mini-split for cooling & heating in the main living room plus an electric fireplace and a wall A/C unit in the bedroom will keep you comfortable in all seasons! Outdoor spaces * Front porch with seating * Fully fenced small backyard with seating for 4 and a fire pit with Cafe lighting The Casita shares the property with Quecho Mexican Eatery, mention you are staying at The Casita for a 10% local discount! The restaurant is opened Mon / Tues / Thurs / Sun 11am-7pm Friday / Saturday 11am-8pm Closed Weds You can expect to hear the hustle & bustle of a busy restaurant, especially on weekends and holidays! We encourage you to join us for a drink or a delicious meal ❤ There are stairs leading up to the Casita entrance, a ramp can be found to the left of the restaurant that also leads to the entrance if needed. You are welcome to park one car in the alley behind the Casita & restaurant labeled employee parking. There is one designated spot with a Casita Parking sign. We encourage you to first look for street parking if available as the alley can get tight especially for large cars. Please treat our home & neighbors as you would treat your own! Guest access Guests have private access to the Casita, rear fenced yard, and small front patio. A deck connects this unit to Quecho, Elevated Mexican Eatery. Please inquire regarding catering and dining parties. There is one dedicated parking spot in the alley but please leave room for others to park next to you. Other things to note We allow pets but there are a few rules! *Pets must be disclosed on the reservation & fee added at the time of booking. *Two pet limit, pet fee is $50 * Please no pets left unattended inside or outside the house unless crated. * No pets on the furniture.
