The space This villa offers the best of both worlds: The quietness and stunning views from high up as well as the luxury of your private beach area directly adjacent to the cristal clear waters of Plaka beach. Included: Maid service once a week (cleaning, linnen and towel change if needed), bathroom and pool towels as well as end cleaning, all side costs as Air-condition, Electricity, Water, Solar Pool heating. The groundfloor (no stairs, barrier free all on one floor, directly accessible from the large private parking without steps or height differences) has 3 equal sleeping rooms with A/C, (the 4th sleeping room and 5th bedrooms with natural lighting is located in the basement of the villa and are only available if you book for more than 6 guests or as an extra) breathtaking seaviews from ALL rooms, en Suite bathrooms with Shower, Toilet and sink as well as a large living room (Seaview, A/C) with fine integrated kitchen and access to the basement with the further two sleeping room (A/C, en suite bathroom, no seaview, natural light through a large lightwell) and a small laundry room with washing machine etc. Each sleeping room on groundfloor has its individual access from outside as well as automatic shudders and heavy sliding doors warranting maximum privacy of each sleeping room if desired. The living room opens up to the gigantic pool platform with a 12 x 5 m infinity Pool with roman stairs, surrounded by white marble and towards the beautiful mountain a wall with antique statues. A shower and a barbecue area are located next to the pool and the shady pergolas where your outside eating tables and your outside couch are located, all overlooking the Island of Spinalonga as well as the whole gulf of Mirambello with the pitoresque orange couloured mountains of Sitia on the other side of the gulf. A perfect place to come down from the stress of our everyday life, you hear just the faint murmur of the engines of the fishing boats in the bay, the wind in the surrounding olive- and charupi-trees and the soft flow of the pool.  The villa is completely private, You have the whole property and pool for our own. The pool is located directly by the house and very large. - Pool temperatures: (Electrical Pool heating with inverter technology with our own Photovoltaik Electricity, Zero CO²) : March to May 25° Celsius, 77° F, June to September 25° to 31° Celsius, October, November 25° Celsius, 77° Fahrenheit To reach these temperatures and to protect the environment you are asked to close in Spring and autumn the automatic electric Pool cover at least in the evening and on cold days during the day when not using the pool. Guest access You can drive with your cars directly to the shaded carports of the private parking directly in front of the Villa. From there it's less than 10 metres to the Villa, no steps between parking, the main floor of the Villa with it's 3 double bedrooms its living room with integrated kitchen and the enormous pool platform with barbecue etc. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: The Villa has a base rate for bookings up to 6 persons on it's main floor. If you will be more than 6 persons staying for a night this results in an extra charge which is calculated automatically by the system when you book according to the number of guests you book for. You can book additional persons until the maximum capacity of the Villa anytime prior to your arrival or during your stay directly with our host on Crete. When you book for up to 6 persons we will prepare the 3 double bedrooms on groundfloor for you. When you book for more persons we will also prepare the rooms in the basement for you (for each 2 more guests one more bedroom). Please let us know after booking if you need to use extra bedrooms as an extra. Force Majeure - We are unable to accept responsibility for any aspect of your holiday arrangements beyond our control such as threats of war, civil commotion, riots, industrial disputes, earthquakes or natural disasters, government action or travel delays caused by any reason Subletting. The accommodation is provided for the sole use of the Clients named on the booking form. Subletting or assignment of the property is not permitted. Insurance - The Client is strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel and medical insurance for all members of the party. Rental Period The rental period commences at 1400hrs on the first day and ends at 1000hrs on the last day. Health & Safety: We cannot accept any responsibility for your health & safety while staying at the property. We will provide guidelines at the property to assist you in minimizing any risks to your safety. Security: Crete is still a very safe location and does not have a high incidence of crime. Actually Greece has one of the lowest crime rates in all Europe. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to property or persons during the course of your booking. Damage caused to the property and/or its contents The Client must accept full responsibility for damage and breakages to the property and goods. All such damages and breakages will be charged for at replacement value - Room and Pool Service once a week, end cleaning included Within 5 minutes by car you are down in vibrant Plaka with tons of Tavernas, Cafes, a Supermarket - and your unshared gated private reserved beach area right on Plaka beach. Take a look at the photos to get a faint impression, in real its even better. Large parking space for up to 6 cars directly at the villa, accessible from the car without any stairs. No steps except down to laundry room and basement appartment.(further double room wit full A/C, en suite bathroom and lightwell coated with white local stone.
