High-end luxury villa sleeps 16+ Amazing 6 bedroom 6 bathroom villa in an upscale resort community close to all theme parks. Marble countertops, 10ft chandelier, new appliances, heated private pool and hot tub, and WiFi. Free parking. Resort provides gym, volleyball court, mini golf, arcade, games, gift shop, resort pool, etc. 15 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes from Sea World, 35 minutes from Universal. Many malls and shopping areas are nearby. 1hr to beaches. The space There are NO POOL HEAT fees, NO PARKING fees, and NO RESORT fees! The wonderful community center is open 9am-8pm daily and here you'll find a huge pool, hot tub, cabanas, gift shop, gym, and games for everyone. The backyard and patio are not too close to the neighbors (unlike most vacation homes which are very close to each other). The house does not come with a grill but you can certainly bring your own. The community center has a couple of outdoor charcoal grills near the picnic area. Several vehicles can be parked in the driveway but the garage is off-limits. Guest access Meet the security guard at the front gate. They will provide you with a temporary parking pass and they will give you instructions on where to go to receive a long-term parking pass (usually at the community center).
