Surround yourself with style at this fab modern styled property. Wyke Regis is the perfect location as it's exactly halfway between Weymouth town / harbour / Beach front and Portland. The island of Portland being just 2 miles away and it's a 5 minute drive to the Weymouth & Portland Sailing Academy. We have the wonderful Rodwell Trail just 5 minutes walk away which will take you straight into the Marina and Harbour, great for walkers or cycling. The space The bedroom has a standard double bed. Also a handy work station / table to sit and use your lap top. Coffee & Tea making facilities with a mini bar fridge provided along with a hair dryer. There is also a TV with streaming services and WiFi in the room. The bathroom is shared with myself and it has a full bath / rain head shower. A set of towels will be provided. There is a garden area which you are welcome to use. Although it’s a double bed the room is better suited for single occupancy. I have a secure garage which guests are welcome to use to store any sporting equipment or bikes while staying. Guest access Garden area if they wish to smoke / Vape (not inside). During your stay I will be more than happy to offer any help and advice to do with their stay or about the surrounding areas. Other things to note Beryl E bike rental across the street.
