Romantic fishing lodge Kozlov

Comfortable cottage in the fishing grounds of the Dalešice dam. The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails. The space The cottage has undergone a complete renovation of the interior. It is fully equipped (you only need a little food, clothes and your toothbrush). In the kitchen there is a kettle, microwave, two electric hobs, stove with wood oven, toaster, griddle, dishes, pots, pans, knives… spices, coffee, tea, cans and some basic foods. Spring, towels, cleaning supplies, metal bowls for the dog. In the living room, a tiled wood stove, a large TV with O2 programs, Wi-Fi everywhere. Leather sofa, blankets, games, vacuum cleaner. Entrance through a small opening (in the wooden door by the balcony) also for dogs. Bathroom with toilet and shower, heated ladder and floor. Toilet paper, towels, soap, hair dryer… Upstairs two bedrooms, each with three beds, a dresser, a closet. In the bedroom chest of drawers there are spare sheets, a travel iron, a radio, a razor. Cleanly washed cotton sheets, dried in the dryer, hand ironed. Mattress protectors, two pillow sizes. Balcony, terrace with sun loungers, hot tub, outdoor fireplace, gas grill, seating, plenty of wood… Hot water is heated by an electric boiler in the basement. The water is from a well. The toilet and water from the sink flow into a sump in the parking lot. Guest access Guests have at their disposal the entire cottage (except the basement with technical facilities), a fenced garden with a pergola and seating, a grill, fireplace with a smokehouse, woodshed, hot-tube, deckchairs, parking, boat. Other things to note The price for the cottage is optimized for 4 people, the fifth and sixth person is with a surcharge. For a symbolic fee, we also welcome your well-behaved pets. Energy and wood consumption are included. The water in the cottage is from our well, we drink it, but we recommend taking bottled water for drinking. We do not waste water. Exceptionally, there may be less water in the well and the hot tub will have to be filled in parts. In winter, when it's freezing (November-March), the hot tub cannot be used.
