Lease agreement must be completed and returned to us minimum 4 days prior to arrival otherwise guest forfeits their stay. All adult guests staying must provide valid ID and full name on lease. All vehicles must be registered (up to 4). For the duration of your stay, guests will have passes which allow them use of community amenities: Lake, Swimming pools, Tennis courts etc All guests must be over 25 years of age, except children accompanied by legal guardian. Guests will have full access to property except for 1 locked linen closet and garage. EV Charging available on site, no extra charge to guest. Included with stay Hot Tub only recommended for Adults and children over the age of 12 with adult suprevision. please return Hot Tub to covered position after each use to maintain temperature Kayaks use at your own risk, Kayaks are located in entrance closet and must be inflated and returned as found in closet originally. Pickleball/Volleyball/Basketball Court on site Property only allows 4 Vehicles maximum to be registered as per Monroe County Permits PARKING IS ONLY PERMITTED ON THE DRIVEWAY, NEVER ON GRASS OR PICKLEBALL COURT. guest agrees to Pay $500 for damages if cars are parked on grass or court space. Check out time is 11am sharp, any guests staying past 11am agree to pay $300 surcharge for delaying cleaning crew and subsequent guest. late check out without fee only possible if agreed upon night prior to check out. Other things to note Base price is set for 8 guests, all guests above 8 will pay an additional $50/guest/night.
