The space This Jon Friedrich designed house offers 4 generous bedrooms upstairs and 2 spacious living rooms downstairs. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 powder rooms. Additionally, there is a sofa bed downstairs so 10 adults can sleep comfortably. There is a double secure garage and ample street parking available. Rear private courtyard for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails makes it feel like home. The rear courtyard is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails. Relax and enjoy all that Brighton has to offer. Guest access The guests have the entire house including front garden and backyard, double secure garage. Other things to note We hope to make your stay easy and smooth, if you would like some help with anything please feel free to message us at any time. EARLY CHECK-IN The check-in time is AFTER 3PM. If you need an early check-in, please let us know in advance, we could update you in the early morning of the check-in day if we could arrange it for you according to booking calendar. LATE CHECK-OUT The check-out time is BEFORE 10AM. If you need a late check-out, please let us know in advance, we could update you in the early morning of the check-out day if we could arrange it for you according to booking calendar. PORTACOT & BABY BATH TUB & HIGHCHAIR available if anyone has infants in their group and let us know at least 48 hours before arrival. Netflix Please use your own account and remember to log off before you check-out. NO PARTY/PETS/SMOKING/MOVIE FILMING We have a very strict No Party policy at the house which means no loud music day and night. CAR PARK There are 2 free parking spots onsite, double secure garage and many free street parking spots. CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS Please turn off all the lights and air conditioner upon check-out. If your car is in the garage, make sure you drive your car out and return the car park remote back to the place, put on the table, lock the front door and leave. LUGGAGE STORAGE We don’t have the luggage storage place in our building, many luggage storage shops around our place you could use if you would like to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out.
