Details About The Space: The floor plan has great flow-through and feels both comfortable and spacious. We are a very pet-friendly household, no size or breed restrictions, so feel free to bring your fur-babies along with you! The entire space is yours to enjoy and includes: - Bedroom with deeply comfortable OkiOki memoryfoam mattress - Roomy living room - Bathroom - Office space - Dining area that seats 6 - Full kitchen equipped with all the appliances and utensils you might need: oven, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, pour-over coffee carafe, fridge and freezer, electric tea kettle, large trough sink, and more Electronics: We have an extra large Roku TV to access streaming services in the living room, and a Roku set up with the bedroom projector. In the office is a dedicated workspace. Full washer and dryer are also accessible in the office, with Method brand detergent and fabric softener available. We recently added a brand new record player to the living room. If the crackle of vinyl makes your heart sing, you'll love popping one of the classic records of the Glen Miller Band, Cab Calloway or Frank Sinatra on for a spin. If you're not looking to go quite so far back in musical time, we also have a few more recent classics like Mumford and Sons and Billie Eilish! For Your Viewing Entertainment: In the bedroom is our pride and joy - our fabulously retro mega DVD collection! Feel free to pop any DVD on to watch during your stay! As you may have seen in the photos we recently added a projector and screen in the bedroom! Both operate 100% by remote (no yanking required to get the screen down!) Use the Roku remote and enjoy a movie or show as you wind down for the night! Sauna/Recreation: We have no downstairs neighbors, but instead have a community steam sauna! We will leave the key for you to access it if you'd like to use it during your stay. 14 miles away from Seattle makes a day trip a breeze, and our home is centrally located to a wealth of hiking trails, beaches, Washington Lake, theatres, and more. "Bother-free goodbye": There is nothing that drags a happy goodbye to disheartened one more quickly than realizing the host has left a huge laundry list of chores for you to do before leaving. When you stay here, all aspects of washing up are figured into the cleaning cost so there are no surprises! Parking: There is one designated parking space directly in front of our space, and many visitor parking spaces clearly marked throughout the complex. Stairs: There is one flight of stairs that lead to your entrance. The entire space is on the second floor, no stairs to navigate once inside. Guest access You will have full, private access to the entire space which includes the kitchen, living room, dining area, office, bathroom, and bedroom Other things to note Please bear in mind that this is a personal residence, and we make every effort to make your time here as seamless as possible! We provide space for personal belongings in the front entry closet on available hangers and any open shelves. We do keep personal items in the closed-faced drawers throughout the bedroom and bathroom and kindly ask that you leave those undisturbed 😊
