SPR ROOM 2 - CAN ACCOMMODATE UP TO 6 PAX (MINIMUM OF 2 PAX) Rate depends on the number of guests Simple Private Room is 5 min drive to Surftown, Urbiztondo, San Juan, La Union. - Masa, Kabsat, Flotsam & Jetsam, GNW- El Union, Port San Juan, Surf Rice & etc. The beach and surf pots are just a 1-2 minute walk away from the house. Location: 296 Kingfisher Street, Montemar Village, Ili Norte, San Juan, LU. Just near Awesome Hotel or Final Option (search on G. Maps to know more about the place). The space G. Maps or Waze: Simple Private Room Our house has 2 bedrooms that we make guests can rent out with 2 shared showers and toilets, also they will have their living room where they can watch TV after a tiring beach day. The rooms are located in a private room that is air-conditioned and has bunk beds with double and single beds, as well as free WiFi access. Guests will also have their tables where they can eat and drink as well and we provide unlimited hot and cold water at no charge. In addition, there is free coffee. Parking space is available inside the house, in the garage and can we also have safe road side parking. Other things to note Beddings, Pillows, Blankets, Towels, hand soap and tissue are also provided but toiletries aren't provided. HOUSE RULES: Standard check in time is 2:00PM, and standard check out is by 12:00 NN. Security deposit: 1,000php/room. Any damages caused by the guests shall be deducted from the security deposit. (REFUNDABLE AFTER CHECK-OUT). FYI, Early check-in and late check-out is allowed subject for approval and additional P200/hr. **Rooms shall be in the same condition as it was upon check in, and shall be inspected upon check out.
