Le Verger en Auge – 11 people, heated pool

A setting in the heart of the apple orchards of the Pays d'Auge. On more than 8,000 m² of land, discover this beautiful country house completely renovated. Quiet and close to activities and tourist places, you will enjoy the large swimming pool (13 x 5 m) that can be discovered and heated from Easter, the petanque court or the inground trampoline. The vegetable garden will offer you the aromatic herbs that will perfume salads and grilled meats made on the mixed gas/charcoal BBQ, and seasonal vegetables. The space The house consists of: - on the ground floor: a living room, a dining room, a large semi-open kitchen that is very well equipped, a sofa bed area open to the dining room, a shower room, a separate toilet with hand basin, and a children's area with TV and games. - Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, the 2 largest of which are also equipped with a crib (150 x 70), a bathroom and shower, a separate toilet, an office area on the landing. The pool is heated from early April to mid-October depending on the weather. Some bikes are available for guests (2 adults, 1 3/6 years and 1 6/9 years), as well as an outdoor table tennis table. Guest access The house and grounds are entirely for guests' use. Capacity: 11 adults, 2 children and 2 babies. The swimming pool is reserved for guests of Le Verger en Auge. Le Petit Verger, the neighboring cottage (5 adults and 1 child) on the same property, does not have access to the pool when it is rented separately. To accommodate up to 16 adults and 3 children with access to the pool, book our listing "Le Domaine du Verger" (both cottages together). The pool is no longer accessible out of season.
