ELflat is a renovated apartment where guests will have the opportunity to relax with privacy and tranquillity in a bright, beautiful and clean space with easy access to the whole city. It is located on the second floor of a quiet apartment building in the city center and at a walking distance of 3 min from the central bus station, 10 min from the old town and 15 min from the nearest beach. Nearby you can find restaurants, cafes, bars and the shopping market. The space ELflat is a modernly decorated apartment of 62 sq.m. suitable for families, groups of friends or couples as it is fully equipped with everything guests will need during their stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with new electrical appliances and cookware for preparing meals. In the two bedrooms there are double beds and wardrobes as well as a working station area in one of them. In the living room there is a 43'' HD TV with Netflix and a sofa/bed where two more people can sleep. The bathroom is spacious with a bathtub. The apartment has two balconies, one with outdoor furniture and one for auxiliary use. In all areas there is broad band connection wifi and air conditioning.
