The living room features contemporary L shaped sofas, Queen Sofa Sleeper. There is a large plasma 50-inch flat screen High Definition Television set, with Cable and DVD Blu Ray player. The bedroom features an Eastern King Size bed with a smaller flat screen television set and DVD Blu Ray player. Both the living room and bedroom have sliding glass doors that open onto the patio. The patio is like another room with 2 chaise lounges, an umbrella covered dining table and chairs, with a propane BBQ for outdoor cooking. The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances including refrigerator, electric stove and microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen is completely equipped with dishes, glasses and flatware. The contemporary bathroom features a tub/shower combination with heated vanity mirror. There is free WiFi in the condominium. There are coin operated washing machines and dryers available in the complex basement. The condo is within easy walking distance of Avalon's main shopping street and the beach. The jacuzzi is only heated during the weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) until Memorial weekend. Both pool and jacuzzi will be heated from Memorial weekend to Labor Day and during Thanksgiving and Christmas break. This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). Maximum Occupancy: 4 people / Bedroom 1: King bed | Extra Bedding: Queen Sofa Sleeper ----- This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups. NO smoking, NO parties/events. NO pets allowed per HOA rules. You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before booking. Violations of these rules will result in immediate eviction with no refunds. Property Management provided by Catalina Island Vacation Rentals. Other things to note This property is professionally managed by Catalina Island Vacation Rentals. The guest/tenant is required to submit a signed rental agreement(s) within 48 hours of an accepted Airbnb reservation. - Responsible party (YOU) must be 21 years or older per city laws to sign the rental agreement. Failure to submit this signed agreement within 48 hours will result in a cancellation of the reservation. - The city of Avalon has set the maximum occupancy to 2 people per bedroom PLUS an additional 2. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RENTAL: - Violation of any rules/ordinances listed below may result in fine(s) and/or immediate eviction. Renter agrees that any such fines will be charged to the credit card on file: -All cancellations subject to a $75 cancellation fee regardless of time frame. - No house parties: An unauthorized party or event at the property will lead to your immediate removal from the property. The city of Avalon has strict vacation rental ordinances regarding parties and any violation can result in fines up to $2,000. Your cooperation is appreciated. - No outdoor music allowed at any volume at any time of day (This includes any music, at any volume, on any device such as a cell phone) any indoor music which can be heard from the street OR from the neighboring property is prohibited. - No smoking indoors. Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere inside the house. If smoking outside, please make sure to use an ashtray and collect all cigarette litter. - Occupants must not exceed the number of people advertised. (Per city law) - GOLF CARTS: Not all properties offer a golf cart. Drivers must be 21 years of age with a valid driver's license. If the use of golf cart is abused or the rules violated, you will forfeit the use of the golf cart for the rest of your stay. Fines also may be assessed against your credit card or security deposit. - Please do not place hot or wet plates or cups directly on furniture, use coasters. HOUSEKEEPING & MAINTENANCE: - Guest/Tenant must notify upon check-in or within 24 hours of any housekeeping complaint or property maintenance issue. - Please DO NOT attempt to fix anything yourself. Call us immediately if maintenance is needed. Broken/Missing items: we much prefer that you report to us any items broken or missing upon your departure. We understand that accidents happen and would appreciate your honest cooperation if something went wrong while at the house. BEFORE YOU LEAVE CHECKLIST: - ALL trash should be tied in garbage bags and put in your trash receptacle outside of the building prior to departure. Excessive trash left at the property may incur extra charges. - Dishes – Please clean and put away all dishes and cookware. If the home has a barbecue grill, please clean it after use. Please clean up any obvious messes. Additional cleaning fees may be incurred if the property is left in disarray. - Please do not re-arrange the house décor or move furniture. - Close and lock all doors and windows. Please make a special effort to check all sliding glass doors to ensure they are properly locked. - Make sure to turn off all lights, electronics, and thermostats.
