Inside you’ll find: 🛏 King-size bed with a plush topper for restful sleep. 🛋 Comfy living room with throws and a pull-out couch for extra guests. ❄️ Serviced AC unit in the living room and bedroom — great for Georgia summers. 🧺 Laundry facilities available within the complex (not in-unit). Detergent is not provided; please bring your own and note that quarters are required. 🧴 Starter toiletries provided: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (enough for your arrival). 🧂 Fully equipped kitchen: pots, pans, mixing bowls, baking trays, knife set, can openers, salt, pepper, cooking spray, utensils, and a full coffee corner with sugar, cream, and coffee. 📺 65” Smart TV with Netflix, and Prime Video. Parking is free and right outside the unit. Laundry facilities are located within the complex (shared, coin-operated). Other things to note This is a safe, family-friendly neighborhood that’s steadily developing; guests appreciate the peace and convenience. We’ve added an additional AC unit in the bedroom and upgraded cleaning procedures to keep the space fresh and spotless. Starter supplies are provided for your arrival. For longer stays, please restock as needed. Early check-ins before 4 PM are possible with approval and subject to availability. All guests sign a simple rental agreement before check-in (and, for direct bookings, a refundable credit hold).
