This Vacation Rental is a beautiful and bright second floor unit about 20 minutes walk to Monarch and Salt Creek Beach (Permit #STR24-0004). Walk along the scenic 5-star St. Regis Monarch Resort golf course. There is one pool and three jacuzzis, one jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the ocean. Each bedroom with walk in closets, a large balcony where you can enjoy the sun with a meal or a glass of wine. Rental contract and official IDs are required. This unit is for vacation rental only. The space This beautiful, bright, second floor unit condo located in the luxurious Ritz Pointe community in Dana Point, California is the perfect getaway (Permit #STR24-0004). The condo is a 15 - 20 minute walk, or 5 minutes drive, to the beautiful beaches of Dana Point, such as Monarch Beach and Salt Creek Beach. Enjoy the waves, feel the sand between your toes, and breathe in the ocean air as you stay in our newly renovated condo where we have provided what you need for a great vacation. Inside the condo you will find two large bedrooms, both with walk-in closets, and one with direct access to a large and beautiful balcony. Our patio furniture allows for relaxation, a meal, or a glass of wine out in the sun. Two large, full bathrooms with shower/tub combinations and plenty of towels, shampoo and body wash for your stay. In the master bedroom stands a king-size bed, two nightstands, a TV, and a desk, while the second bedroom is comprised of two twin-size beds (which we can easily convert into another king-size bed, should you prefer), as well as two nightstands and a dresser for extra storage. The living room is equipped with comfy furniture to lounge in and catch up on your favorite television shows or movies, as we provide internet, a HD flat-screen TV, a TV streaming device, a DVD and VHS player, and a selection of DVD's, board games, and books for you to enjoy. Enjoy the view of the pool and spa from our large balcony or from our windows. There is 1 pool and 3 spas at Ritz Pointe, all of which you have full access to as a guest in our condo, in addition to use of a gym located just steps away from the pool. All appliances, kitchen supplies, linens/towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, and boogie boards are provided for your stay. The condo is also equipped with air-conditioning and heating for your comfort. Enjoy yourself in solace as Ritz Pointe is a 24/7 guard-gated community. As a guest in our condo you will have 1 reserved, covered parking spot, and there is open parking throughout the community for additional vehicles.
