Please check out the photo gallery; We have all necessary information listed there together with the images. • Perfect location • 50 Mbit High-speed internet & TV • Iron & washing machine • Towels, bed linen, liquid soap (no shampoo, slippers) • Electric oil heater, Air conditioner (with a heating/cooling mode) • Equipped kitchen (no spices) • 24/7 Reception The space PRICING IN SHORT: Short term stay (1 - 5 days): Rent + 1 Cleaning Long term stay (6 - 27 days): Rent (-10% off) + Cost of electricity + Cleaning (at least once every 2 weeks with change of linen) Monthly rent (28 days and more): Rent (-15% off) + Cost of electricity + Cleaning (at least once every 2 weeks with change of linen) Guests staying for more than five days are responsible for paying the electric bill in accordance with their consumption of electricity (0.33 gel/kWh). Typically, it ranges from 10 to 40 dollars each month, with the most of the variance coming from how often the air conditioner is used to either heat or chill the area. Long-term visitors who are staying in our apartment for more than 2 weeks are obliged to pay an additional 30 Georgian lari to cover the expense of cleaning and 30 lari a change of bed linen and towels (at least once every 2 weeks). This is done to guarantee that our flat is constantly clean and sanitary. Internet access and water are provided free of charge as part of the package deal. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT, AS WELL AS LUGGAGE STORAGE The earliest check-in time is 14:00, and the latest check-out time is 11:00. Check-in begins at 14:00 and ends at 11:00. The reception desk is staffed around the clock, so you may check in or leave at any time of day or night. Unfortunately, our apartment hotel does not have any lockers or other storage areas for your baggage, and the front desk does not provide any services related to the storage of personal items either. Therefore, if your travel plans and our check-in and check-out times do not align at all, you may want to think about reserving an additional night at the hotel. HEATING We have an electric oil heater and air conditioner installed in our flat. Electric oil heater is а heater that heats up quickly and is quite economical (much more economical than an air conditioner). It only uses electricity to heat the oil in the sections, then turns off and releases the heat. It works automatically with thermostat and you can simply turn it on, when you decide. The temperature in Batumi in winter usually does not drop below +5 Celsius, and the space may be adequately and economically warmed by the electric oil heater. If you prefer to use Aircon - during the colder months, in addition to cooling the air, it also has the capability of heating the space. OLD BATUMI Some visitors have mentioned that the city center and Old Batumi seem to be located not that close (1.5 km approx), so you may want to hire a cab (the trip might take up to ten minutes and will cost around 2 - 3 USD (if you use the Bolt mobile app). Or, choose for a stroll of thirty to forty minutes along the breathtaking beachfront park! THINGS THAT WE HAVE AND THAT WE DO NOT HAVE We give products like as bed linen made of cotton, towels (but not bathrobes or slippers), liquid soap (but not shampoo or washing powder), an iron, a hair dryer, and other utensils for cooking (no spices). During your stay, you may have a change of linens and towels (30 Gel) as well as additional cleaning (30 Gel) for an additional cost CARD FOR THE LIFT Upon check-in, you will get a card for 15 free lift trips. If you run out of complimentary elevator trips, you may get more by going to the reception desk and topping up your account (0.2 Georgian lari per ride or 25 lari for a monthly subscription). You are not required to use your lift card in the event that another passenger uses his lift card or if you travel down to the first level using the "G" button. SMALL BUT COSY STUDIO (23 m ²). Keep in mind that the apartment is just 23 square meters in size (20 square meters inside plus 3 square meters of balcony), despite the fact that several visitors have said that the photographs make the space seem like it has more room than it really does.
