Or grab your hiking boots and take a beautiful stroll at Thursford Wood (1 mile), a Medieval wood pasture that’s home to some of the oldest trees in England. Head into the pretty Georgian town of Holt (7 miles) to browse the shops and tearooms in its hidden flint stone yards – they’re just overflowing with charm – or to market town of Fakenham (7 miles) to experience all the thrill of a day at the races at its historic racecourse. Further afield, head to Cromer (17 miles) to enjoy some traditional seaside fun and dine on some delicious Cromer crab.
