You'll have everything you need when you stay in my home! 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, office w/computer & desk, plus a sleeper sofa in the ultra cozy living room. Soak in the coastal breeze as you relax in the backyard with your pups, enjoy cooking with fresh eggs from my chickens, and cozy up at night next to the fireplace The space My space is my home, so you can expect to experience just that - a complete and comfortable home. I like old things and a few nick-nacks, you'll get to admire some throughout the house. Because this is my first home, I do have personal items throughout i.e. photos and art. Much of the furniture are antique family heirlooms... I've recently refinished the original hardwood floors and baseboard to bring some charm and life back into the space, I hope you love it!! Guest access Outside my guests will have access to three off-street parking spaces with ample free street parking, the front yard has a super stellar, maintained veggie garden (you're totally welcome to pick), and access to the private, fully fenced backyard and covered patio - however I ask that you don't enter the garden shed. The chickens have their own run but you will certainly see and hear them. If this may bother you, it would be best to keep hunting for a home that will fit your needs perfectly. Inside my guests will have access to all spaces: living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, both full bathrooms, office/full bedroom, two complete bedrooms (1queen, 1 full). **The only space my guests don't have access to is the garage which I (and my caretaker) do access regularly to tend to the chickens, every day in warmer weather. I will also access the garden shed in the backyard during longer stays when we need to maintenance the yards, usually once per week. I guarantee my guests will have prior knowledge before our arrival. Other things to note I have 9 wonderful chickens! They live in their own sectioned off portion of the backyard, their run. You will certainly see them and hear them from time to time - sometimes Miss Etta James just needs to sing! Myself, or my caretaker, tend to the chickens regularly and do so by accessing the garage - we do not enter the main home for this. **If being close to chickens and/or hearing them may be a bother to you I recommend that you keep searching for the perfect home. ~~I have decorative bones, shells, and real animal pelts around the house.
