The space This one-bedroom apartment offers a spacious living environment with a king-sized bed, air conditioning in the bedroom, high-speed WiFi, a sofa bed, a washer-dryer machine, a smart TV, and a desk. With a size of 53 square meters, it is situated just a 3-minute walk from a mall where you can conveniently find grocery stores, ATMs, an exchange house, restaurants, and pharmacies. The building features 24/7 bilingual front desk service to assist with any needs, along with a dedicated security guard. Additionally, the building boasts spacious common areas including a well-equipped gym, rooftop pool, jacuzzi, steam room, coworking space, BBQ area, gaming room with PS5, pool table, poker table, and arcade machine. For added convenience, daily superficial cleanings are available upon request through our front desk service. Other things to note Guest policy: Soul Lifestyle strictly prohibits any involvement in sex work within our premises. We enforce a zero tolerance policy towards such activities. Airbnb policies also prohibit all kinds of sex work and your account will be terminated if you engage in prostitution of any kind while in an Airbnb listed rental any where in the world. As per Law 679 of 2001, entry of minors into any tourist establishment for the purpose of prostitution or any other sexual acts is illegal and will be reported to the authorities immediately upon suspicion or evidence of such activities. Violation of these policies will result in the cancellation of the reservation without any refunds. General guest policy: All outside friends and guests must be authorized and registered personally by you at reception on arrival and should possess a Colombian ID card (Cedula) or passport (physically). Minors are only allowed when accompanied by their parent or legal, documented guardian and need to be registered with Registro Civil. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 2 registered adults and 2 children. Any additional guest not registered at check-in will incur a COP charge of $100,000 plus applicable taxes ($19,000), up to a maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 2 children per stay. No additional guests beyond the maximum room occupancy can be accommodated. For monthly reservations, you may register up to 5 visitors at no extra charge. If you exceed this limit, each additional visitor incurs a fee of $100,000 plus applicable taxes (IVA) ($19,000 cop). *Max occupancy per APT must be respected at any time and under any circumstances. The VAT Tax (19%) will be charged to Colombians or foreigners with a Colombian ID. Foreigners with a tourism, business, or student VISA will not be charged eith this TAX. Your reservation includes a free ticket to the Modern Art Museum, request it at the front desk At Soul Lifestyle Apartments we care about your safety and that is the reason why we offer you free insurance coverage during your stay. Our policy covers you in case of theft inside or outside the hotel, medical expenses caused by accidents or emergencies, and death. Request your cleaning at the front desk. *Bear in mind this is a superficial 30-minute cleaning. If you would prefer a more in-depth cleaning you can also request it at the front desk for an additional charge. Noise policy: You may be warned once if there is a noise complaint during your stay. The second complaint will result in a $50 fine via the Airbnb resolution center, and repeated violations will be met with eviction by our security staff. Please keep the party in the bars and night clubs so that everyone can relax at Soul. Smoking policy: Please smoke outside on the lobby level or on the rooftop outside the pool area. Smoke can easily affect your neighbors stay and can result in a $50 fine if we find evidence of smoking inside the apartments. Medical tourism: Soul is popular for medical tourism but totally unequipped for any kind of post operative patient care. We encourage guests here for surgeries to seek a certified post operative care center. Pool: Our pool hours are 9am to 7pm however some extensions can be made, ask in reception. Mondays we do a deeper cleaning and the pool usually opens later in the day. Thank you for understanding. Late checkouts: Our checkout is at 12 noon. When possible we can offer a late checkout for fee, depending on your needs and availability. If you need a late checkout please discuss with Ximena or reception upon arrival vs. last minute. Otherwise we can leave your bags behind reception until your flight, no problem! Check-in however is strict 3pm unless your unit is ready. Photo shoots are not allowed in the unit.
