Rural detached new farmhouse on the beach

A detached house with direct access to the beach and swimming lake. On a spacious site with many (play) facilities: including a play forest, trampoline field and (artificial grass) football field. The house was completed in July 2023. So, a brand new house! The space There is also another house on the property. This house is also rented out through Airbnb (search for "rural farmhouse on sandy beach"). The houses have their own facilities and a private outdoor area, but the playground is shared. There is also a possibility to rent both houses at the same time (total space for 26 guests). In this house there are 7 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms with a bunk bed and a single bed, 4 bedrooms with 2 x a single bed, and 1 bedroom with 1 x a single bed. The beds are only provided with mattress, no duvets or pillows and bed linen. The house has an open kitchen equipped with all comforts (oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, freezer) and a large TV. There is underfloor heating. There are 3 toilets in the house and 2 shower rooms. All the bedrooms have a sink with cold and hot water + mirror. On the grounds of the house is a football field, artificial grass field, playground, trampolines, play forest, jeu de boule court, chickens and horse pasture (3 Shetlanders). The place is very quiet and relaxing. The house is adjacent to a swimming beach (grass beach with sand strip). During the swimming season, a floating line is placed in the water here, which marks the swimming zone. Various outdoor sports can be practiced here. The house is used for BuitenGewoon Logeren for most of the year. This is a shelter for children with autism, ADHD and behavioral problems. The house is occasionally rented out via Airbnb. Pets are welcome, but are not allowed on the furniture and beds. Guest access You can use the entire house, the entrance door has an access code. Two rooms in the house are office spaces, these are not accessible (see floor plan in photos).
