This is a great house for a quiet stay. The two bedrooms and bath are ideal for a small group. The kitchen has been renovated to include all the necessary conveniences to prepare meals. You can enjoy watching TV or sit down outside with a nice book. The house shares the backyard with Casa Estrella located at the front of the property. The space Step into the past in this 1925 adobe structure, renovated to include central heating and cooling as well as a mini split to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Imagine living back then when homes when thick adobe walls keep the indoor temperatures stable. You still have plenty of light to give this little house the charm it deserves. The front porch is ideal for a nice cup of coffee or tea, or just to enjoy a meal “alfresco”. You can watch the famous El Paso Star from the shared patio covered with a pergola. With many people working from home, Villa Corazon is equipped with reliable Wi-Fi and a separate dedicated space to “work from home”. Just connect your computer and you are ready to go. Parking is allowed on the dead end alleyway next to Villa Corazon or by opening the metal gate on the back of the house, however, parking is a little tight and it is best to back into it. Other things to note The house is not childproof and not really set up for babies or small children. During the summer months, temperatures in El Paso, TX can get very high. While we do have a refrigeration and a split unit, during peak hours, the indoor comfort level might not be optimal.
