New home in the heart of central southern Utah. Near Fish Lake, Capitol Reef, Escalante Grand Staircase, Thousand Lakes Mountain, Bryce Canyon, and much more. Perfect getaway for hikers, bikers, anglers, road trippers, climbers. Our home is a cozy 900 square feet, but has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen, and 2 decks. We have a view of Boulder Mountain to the south and Thousand Lakes Mountain to the east. Expect to see house flies, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, etc on the property. The space Rooms are small and cozy. The living/dining area has a 20 foot high ceiling overlooked by the upstairs balcony. The home also has an outdoor deck on the ground floor and upstairs. There is a small TV space above the upstairs bathroom. Approximately 4.5 feet wide and 10 feet long. Enough space for a couple children to relax and watch TV. Includes a 43" smart TV with DVD player. Guest access You will have full access to the entire property except for a supply closet, cleaning cabinet, owner's personal cabinet, and a network equipment drawer. Other things to note This is a rural mountain valley. Expect relaxing tranquility, and dark starry nights. Don't be surprised if you encounter a few house flies & spiders on the property, including inside the house. We do our best to keep it free of bugs but, particularly during the summer, they are present.
