Private Apartment 515. A lovely unit that accommodates up to 5 guests with the privacy of your own kitchenette, featuring a sink, small refrigerator, microwave, TV and climate comfort with a radiator for warmth in the winter and AC for summertime. The bathroom is not located inside the unit. The accommodation is located within walking distance to Madison Square Garden, Empire State Building and Manhattan Mall. A card authorization of $175 will be required for the security deposit upon arrival. The space There is a fee of $3.50 (city tax) to be paid upon arrival. Infants will be considered as adults for the number of occupancy. Please note that infants count as one of the number of guests and are not exempt from occupancy limits or fees. The apartment is ideal for couple and families. Front Desk – Check in is available 24 hours after 4pm. You will be picking up your key and signing the license agreement within the rules of our accommodation at the front desk. Unfortunately, we don’t provide parking space. However, there are plenty parking garage near to our accommodation. Luggage drop-off service is provided by the building management. This service can be requested at the front desk with a fee of $7 per bag. Please note, we provide one-time towels, soap and shampoo to our guests. A card authorization of $175 will be required for the security deposit upon arrival. A flat fee of $7 will apply for releasing the authorization. Lastly, for any modification in the reservation there is a fee of $60 upon approval and availability from the management. Please note, any modifications related to adding an extra guest a fee of $15 (per person) will be applied as well not exceeding the maximum number of occupancy (Please note, infants will be considered as a guest).
