Apartment in Town of Ste. Anne

Our 2nd floor apartment is located on the main street in the Town of Ste. Anne. It is good for couples or friends or solo adventurers. Come enjoy small town living. You can enjoy a walk to the grocery store, basketball courts, tennis courts, skate park and restaurants. It is located on 2/3 of an acre, populated with lots of trees, birds, squirrels, rabbits, and turtles – perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway. The space The bedroom has a king sized bed. The apartment contains a kitchen with a full fridge and a full stove. The kitchen is supplied with a coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, pots, pans, etc. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo. There is no dishwasher and no laundry. The sitting room has a TV that is connected to wifi. The supply closet contains cleaning supplies, extra blankets and extra pillows. The supply closet also has some board games. The apartment itself is not shared. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, accessed using steep and narrow steps. Potential for noise - our place is located on the main street, therefor some noise from cars driving by may be heard in the apartment (but we find the noise is minimal). When you are in the yard behind the house you barely hear the noise from cars. There is a rail-line that runs through town that blows the whistle as it enters and leaves the town. Guest access This listing is for our 2nd floor apartment. There is a shared foyer containing the entrance door to the apartment and a separate entrance door to our living space. The stairs up to the apartment are steep and narrow. The apartment itself is not shared. Guests are able to park one car on the driveway. Guests are able to use the large yard, including the picnic table and bbq (only available in warmer months). This area is shared by our family and our energetic people-loving dog (she will jump if you decided to greet her). Please note: no smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property. Other things to note Pet(s) live on property - when our dog is outside, she is on a lead and has access to a portion of the yard - a large portion of the yard our dog cannot access. Our dog loves people and is friendly if you choose to greet her - but she will jump up. Available on request is a 1 person hammock, lounge chairs, badminton rackets and birdies, tennis rackets and balls, basketball, frisbee and other misc. equipment. The maximum number of guests in the apartment is 2. The apartment is not a good fit for children, toddlers, or infants. The apartment has steep stairs and egress windows. In recent years, box elder bugs have become more common in south east Manitoba. These bugs do not bite and do not cause harm to humans, houses or other items. These bugs do fly and crawl and prefer to be outside, but they do find their way inside as well. Please note: NO smoking and NO vaping are allowed anywhere on the property (inside and/or outside).
