The space A very warm welcome to our beautiful cottage, a much loved family run property in the town of Newton Stewart. The cottage built around 1720 has been in our family for four generations, Boasting 2 bedrooms, plenty of space for socialising plus flexible accommodation, this cottage makes the perfect holiday home for a group or special family gathering. Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed and luxurious feeling. This property has a coal fire and electric heaters to keep you cosy and warm during your stay. Staying here also allows you access to the garden. Oh, and it s pet-friendly too! We have a 200m2 fully enclosed garden area which incorporates the back door of the cottage which keeps our furry friends (and children) safe. We don t charge for pets and there are no limits on the number of pets. As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave basic spices, cooking oil, salt and pepper are supplied also. The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This cottage has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. In the first bedroom, you will find a double sofa bed and a double bed. The second bedroom contains a double bed. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen, towels, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are on-site parking facilities available at the property. - A washing machine and condenser dryer are included for your use. - Pets are allowed at the property. - There is a cleaning fee of 30.
