Lovely Seafront home with stunning views

Based on the beautiful seafront of Hayling Island, this lovely house provides guests with a cosy home from home experience. The far-reaching sea views to the Isle of Wight snd Portsmouth are spectacular offering guests a little slice of Beach-heaven. Hayling Island offers a bounty of beach-life, fresh sea air, great choices of places to eat and drink, a fair, 2 golf courses and range, mini railway, swimming, paddle boarding, kite-surfing, bird, highland cow and seal watching. The space The house is based over three floors - the ground floor consists of the bunk bed room, main bathroom and second bedroom with double bed having access to the back garden, stairs take you to the second floor which is open plan with the kitchen and lounge providing access to the balcony and bi-fold doors with far-reaching views of the sea and the Isle of Wight. On the top floor accessed again by stairs, a king size bed and en-suite awaits with a lovely large window with spectacular views of the sea and Isle of Wight. We welcome two well-behaved pets and have a safe and secure garden. Guest access Access to all areas and the garden Other things to note The house is next door to a lovely pub called The Olive Leaf. The pub serves great food and has a pub garden that is adjacent to our garden. Sometimes they hold live music events inside and outside which are great fun. (Please check their website for details) Please also see the photos. If you would like to use the BBQ in the garden outside please bring your own coals/wood. A travel cot is provided - please bring bedding for your little one. Young children must be shown how to use the bunk beds safely and supervised if necessary. Young children also need to be supervised on the balcony area at all times. Please feel free to bring your own travel stair gates if required. Please let me know if you’d like to bring any pets, please ensure you bring their bedding or covers to protect the sofas or beds. There is off-road parking for a maximum of two cars. Additional cars will need to park elsewhere so as not to impact the neighbours or pavement. If you have any queries please feel free to ask!
