Our home, in the Historic College Hill Neighborhood, was built in 1913 and is just minutes from downtown, colleges, Tanger Center, the Greensboro Coliseum, and major interstate highways. There is room for several cars in the driveway. Street parking is only allowed for up to 2 hours, 7am - 6pm, Monday - Friday. Unlimited street parking on Saturday & Sunday and after 6pm any day. Violators may be ticketed or towed by the City of Greensboro. The entire neighborhood of College Hill is a historic landmark, with several of the buildings listed on the national register of historic places. Take in the beauty of the historic College Hill neighborhood from an Adirondack chair on the front porch. Work or study in the Tranquil private office space. Prepare for your day or unwind in private bedrooms, feast in the formal dining room, relax and connect in the cozy living room, and whip up culinary masterpieces in the modern kitchen. Basic kitchen items supplied, including pots & pans, basic appliances, and coffee. However, there are fabulous restaurants and coffee shops just around the corner. There are two full beds in the front bedroom and the large back room has a king bed and smart TV. We provide quick dry towels and clean, beautiful hotel-style bedding. There is tons of character in this older house, featuring many original doors and fixtures, but with plenty of cute and comfortable updates. Wi-fi and local channels provided; feel free to login to your streaming accounts on either of the SmartTVs. Off street parking for several cars in the driveway. STREET PARKING IS LIMITED TO 2 HOURS, unless you have a permit, for much of the day. Easy stroll to downtown takes about 20mins. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home.
