1st floor apartment with Breakfast. Part of a newly converted barn, offering a peaceful location with mature gardens & stunning views of the Pyrénées , close to town. Shared Pool. Own entrance & free private onsite parking. Just off the A64/E80, an hour’s drive from Toulouse. Up to 4 people, maximum of 3 adults & 1 child or 2 adults & 2 children. Great for cycling, hiking, skiing, visiting northern Spain or just relaxing. NOTE: Due to stairs, not suitable for those with mobility issues. The space Over 50 m2, the 1st floor apartment comprises a large open plan area with kitchen, bedroom, dining and lounge areas plus an an en-suite shower room. It is a lovely airy space with ceilings over 3m high & exposed oak beams. The bedroom area has a double bed 140x190cm. A small single guest bed, 80x190cm and/or a cot are available on request in the same room, if you need the either or both please advise at the time of booking, there is a 10E charge per night for each, payable on arrival. All bed linen and towels are included and are 100% cotton. 12x6m Swimming Pool. The full kitchen includes a fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave & cooker, as well as all the usual kitchen items that you may need. On arrival you will find fresh bread, jam, butter, cereal and milk as well as tea, coffee, fruit juice, yoghurt and sugar for your breakfast. Free off road parking & secure internal storage for bikes, skis etc. Ideal for those who work remotely, as there is a desk with amazing views of the mountains. There is also a high-speed fibre connection. The mature wooded garden offers a tranquil place to relax in the day and evening. The garden is available to guests, with table, chairs & BBQ. Artists or those who want to sit and watch the stunning scenery don’t even have to leave the garden. To save you shopping as soon as you arrive, we offer welcome packs. Other things to note Cyclists can ride some of the best Tour de France routes or into Spain and back from the front door without even having to drive! For the less experienced cyclist there are some fantastic bike trails and the roads are very quiet. Saint Gaudens is a regular on the routes of the Tour de France and the Tour D’Occitanie. Hikers can climb some stunning mountains with lots of differing routes depending on what you like. If you want to ski we have 2 great ski resorts, Superbagneres and Le Mourtis, within a 45 minute drive. Regular daily flights from around Europe to Toulouse which is just an hours drive away. Saint Gaudens has a train station with trains to Toulouse. NEW for 2024 will be a 12x6m outdoor pool.
