Villa Erondas is an elegant & family owned villa situated at Koutouloufari village overlooking Chersonisos bay and the Aegean Sea. The apartment 1 is a 150sqm (1610sqf) colourful, spacious and well equipped house with a nice yard surrounded by greenery. It is easily accesible and child friendly. The pool offers countless hours of relaxation and amazing views. Town centre & the beach is just 10min walk. All around there are bars and restaurants that can accommodate every taste! The space The house takes its name from the local herb Diktamos or Erontas it is called in the local dialect. The herb is used as a pain reliever, especially for stomach aches and arthritis. It has been known for centuries as it was used by the Minoans and the ancient Greeks. Hippocrates taught of its healing benefits. The house is organized on two levels. The upper level is occupied by the host family (my parents). We will be at your disposal at any time! The lower level is a 150 m2 house, designed with care to make you feel at home. The house is located on a plot of 2500 square meters (0.6 acre), surrounded by a garden full of flowers. At the back of the house there is a fruit, herb and vegetable garden as well as a traditional wood oven. At the front, you can find the swimming pool with sunbeds and large umbrellas, where you can spend countless cool hours enjoying the sun and the magnificent view of the Aegean Sea. In addition, there is a barbecue at your disposal by the pool as well as an external shower and toilet that can be accessed without leaving the pool area. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a WC, a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen and living room overlook a large shaded courtyard, surrounded by grass and olive trees, which is ideal for children and adults in the hot hours of the day. Colorful bright and welcoming the house has everything you need to be the base for your dream holiday. Guest access Access to the interior and exterior spaces and amenities of the villa, as well as the pool, is strictly limited to the people listed on the reservation and not to additional guests which are not included in the reservation details. Other things to note The amount of the guarantee is €1000.00. The visitor is required to deposit the guarantee, at least 15 days before the date of arrival, to the following account: ALPHA BANK OWNER: THE BEST HOMES M.D. L.P. IBAN: GR9701407880788002330005867 BIC: CRBAGRAA The return of the guarantee to the visitor will be made up to 7 days after departure, via bank transfer to the account from which the amount of the guarantee was deposited, as long as there is no damage to the accommodation during the stay. The term damage includes damage caused by misuse and not as a result of normal wear and tear, which requires repair by the owner. The minimum age limit for visitors is 18 years old.
