Desert Retreat is a beautiful 4 bedrooms with comfortable sleeping arrangements that all guest have a restful sleep. Each bedroom is elegantly furnished with plush bedding and the master suit with 65 inch tv, master bathroom features a soaking tub. Desert Retreat has 3 full bathrooms. The house has dining area for 10, with outdoor kitchen w/ gas grill. Endless entertainment awaits soccer field, ping pong table. Enjoy the amazing view of the mountain all around Desert Retreat. No outdoor music **Please note: this property is not suitable for pets.** Owner is severely allergic** For property security reasons, there are surveillance cameras installed outside. We have a strict NO PETS and NO SMOKING inside the house policy. $1000 fee will be applied for violation. Guest access During your stay you will have full access to the entire house except owners hallway closet. Please consider this your home during your stay and also please treat the home and neighbors with respect. Other things to note *Pool Heat - $200 a Day (Ask a day before arrival because it does take 24 hours to heat up) Note: Pool and Jacuzzi can NOT be heated at the same time *Spa (Jacuzzi)- free for 3 hours Spa heating is included with your booking (Set on a 3 hour timer and will turn off automatically) *Text ASAP if there's damage at the property. *DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN UNSUPERVISED, *DO NOT LETS KIDS ALONE OUTSIDE, *CHILDREN MUST ALWAYS BE SUPERVISED BY A GUARDIAN OR PARENT. There are three exterior cameras and one noise monitor. One is facing the front door, the second one is facing the garage and street. 1 by pool equipment facing the side. There is one noise monitor in the backyard. Neighborhood quiet hours are 10 pm-8am. Please respect our neighbors. Please note that outdoor music is not allowed at any time. Parties, live music, amplifiers, loudspeakers, DJs, and karaoke are strictly prohibited both inside and outside the house at all times. Please note, that you are strictly prohibited from touching or making any adjustments to the pool equipment.
