Inside, the home is bright, relaxed, and grounded, with polished concrete floors, large modern windows, warm natural light, and a calm, design-forward feel. Each bedroom includes cozy bedding and its own mini-split heating and cooling unit for year-round comfort. Two desks provide space for working, planning, or creative projects during longer stays. The flexible TV and game room includes 2 full beds plus a pull-out couch, making it a great extra sleeping space, kids’ hangout, or movie room. The living room adds even more room to relax, and the home sleeps up to 8 adults comfortably. Other things to note One of the best things about staying here is getting to experience the more local side of the high desert in the 29 Palms/Joshua Tree area. Twentynine Palms has an easy, grounded atmosphere, with local restaurants, bakery spots, vintage shops, family-friendly places, and everyday essentials close at hand. You can easily walk to much of Twentynine Palms’ growing social scene, including local favorites for cocktails, food, baked goods, records, vintage finds, bowling, and casual neighborhood spots. You can also walk to the Visitor Center for park information, the Twentynine Palms Historical Museum, Freedom Plaza, and the civic center area. This is also one of the easier sides for entering Joshua Tree National Park, which makes sunrise park entry, shorter outings, and sunset returns especially convenient.
