The space Luxurious 400 m² Villa opposite a white sandy beach in a beautiful garden of palm trees, with private pool and housekeeper for 2 - 6 people. This house is located in a very quiet area, far away from tourism in the south of the Island 5 minutes away from Morne Brabant by car where you will find the golf course and water sports facilities. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden of palm trees, with the sea at the left and a great view of the well known Mountain Le Morne. Bathing in front of the house is ideal for small children, with its white and fine sandy beach and shallow water. A few meters further it is nice for swimming and snorkeling. The Bay is protected and very nice to enjoy throughout the year. The south coast is wild and natural with beautiful beaches and cliffs further to the east. Two maids come 6x/week. they can prepare meals for an extra fee and also return in the evening . Ask for Mauritian specialties, food and beverage are not included. Guest access The furniture of the villa is rustic chic. Bedroom No.1: One double bed (two mattresses). Master bedroom opening onto a small terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool with adjoining bathroom, shower, toilet and shower outdoors. Air conditioning + ceiling fan. Bedroom No.2: Two single beds adjusted as a double bed with en suite bathroom, shower and toilet. Opening onto the front terrace and garden; Air conditioning + ceiling fan Bedroom No.3: Two single beds adjusted as a double Bed with en suite bathroom, shower, toilet Air condition Bedroom No.4: small room used as office, opening onto the rear terrace; a single bed , with a drawer and extra mattress for 1 adult or two children. Ceiling fan. T.V. with cable / satellite. + DVD + adsl and wifi now !!. Washing machine. Bedding and towels provided (no beach towels). T.V. room Radio + DVD. Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Nespresso (no caps) Electric oven and gas hob. There are a cot, highchair and a baby bath tub. Other things to note Essentials (toilet paper, soap,.…) are provided for your arrival (not included for the entire stay); Cleaning products, among other liquid for dishwashing or -washing machine, garbage bags are not included. Meals are not provided, however the housekeeper can cook your groceries (lunch) for a small extra fee. -We will be pleased to organize your airport transfers and arrange your car hire and can send you a price list. -💶 Tourist Tax Starting October 1st, 2025, a government tourist tax of €3 per person as from 12 years , per night will be collected in cash upon arrival.
