First Clean fee is charged by Airbnb, for bookings over 7 nights, guests will pay hotel direct for mandatory weekly cleans. The space This chic and spacious two-bedroom penthouse, finished with luxury appointments, features generous open plan living, a chef’s kitchen. Master suite, complete with luxurious King bed, television, own walk-in robe and ensuite, will impress even the most discerning guest. The second King bedroom has a television and large robe. The penthouse offers a second bathroom with a separate powder room, providing the perfect space for a family of four or two couples sharing, a laundry, office space and complimentary Wi-Fi, ideal for our corporate guests. Guests can enjoy the beautiful Sunraysia weather on the massive wrap around balcony. This penthouse has a small gated area inside the building, at the entry to the penthouse, where you can store you bicycles. There is a lift in this three-story building. Complimentary tea and coffee making provisions , Bathroom Amenities, Wi-Fi internet, and FREE limited off street car parking in secure lockup garage for one vehicle only (additional vehicles will need to park on the street and adhere to Council parking restrictions). Penthouses are only cleaned on departure, and weekly for bookings of more than 7 nights, additional charges apply, daily servicing can be arranged for a fee upon booking or prior to arrival, same day requests cannot be approved. Reception Hours: 9am to 7pm Weekdays and 9am to 6.30pm Weekends and Public Holidays. Reception is often operated remotely, so guests are best to call ahead to make a time to meet at a pre-arranged time if you wish to see someone. Alternatively, pre-check in is best completed online via a link provided on booking and you can call through credit card details for security purposes prior to arrival. Guest access Self check in access instructions are provided via email on the day of arrival, once the online pre-check in has been completed and credit card details rung through to reception for security bond purposes. Other things to note The first clean fee is paid to Airbnb and for bookings longer than 7 nights, the clean fee will be charged weekly and paid directly to the hotel. The cleaning fee is $90 per stay or if longer than 7 nights, per week clean is mandatory. Bond authorisation is $500-$1000 and processed on day of arrival or on booking if inside of two days of arrival. Guests will be required to provide credit card details to property owner to cover incidentals. Guests will be required to provide a copy of their Government issued identification prior to arrival.
