Being within eye view of the river, close to Snowshoe, Watoga State Park, and The Greenbrier River Trail, the Seebert Shack is the place for you and your family. Equipped with a pool table, poker table, cornhole boards, fire pit, and much more for the whole family. Enjoy two screened in porches with immaculate views. I love welcoming all people to this little slice of heaven! :) Streaming services both inside house and mancave/garage, DVD player with some DVD’s, board games, cornhole boards, and many other games! Fridge and freezer space in both house and garage. Fire pit with an abundance of chairs provided. Pets will need to be on leash when outside. Currently the garage does not have heat but is well insulated. We are currently working to resolve this. Thank you! You will have the entire house and garage/man cave all to yourself while you stay! Garage and main entrance to house both have keypad entry. Both codes will be the same personalized code you will receive 3 days before your arrival. Property has plenty of space for parking which is free. Please reach out at anytime via call or text. Number will be provided upon stay! Quiet neighborhood with plenty to do. Public River access less than 0.5miles away. Restaurant with canoe, bike, and kayak rentals as well as a game room 1 mile away. Near Snowshoe, Greenbrier River Trail, Watoga State Park, Cranberry Glades, Hills Creek Falls, Droop Mountain Battle Field, Cass Railroad, NRAO, Beartown State Park, and the Cranberry Mountain Nature Center. Be cautious as water can get extremely hot at sinks and showers. Firewood for fire pit will not be provided. Firewood is sold by the bundle at a store ( Jack Horners Corner) approximately 1 mile from residence. Jack Horners Corner is a season restaurant/store only open in the spring and summer months. If you would like some wood for the fire pit, delivery can be arranged for 5 dollars per bundle of wood for a minimum of 2 bundles. This service is available until 8pm. Please contact host if you would like this service. 4wheel drive is HIGHLY recommended in winter months as this area can accumulate a lot of snow overnight.
