Brand new, comfortable beds and a new bathroom. There is free parking 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment and otherwise paid parking on the street. Quiet and safe. The apartment has been newly renovated with respect for the old values. All windows have new thermal windows. The large living room is two living rooms that are merged into one and contains both dining room and living room with TV. The room behind the kitchen is decorated as a home office with a small workplace. The room also has a bed and a TV so it is flexible where you sleep. In the hallway, there is plenty of room for shoes and outerwear. There is also a shoe rack and 4 hooks in the hallway that belong to the apartment. The kitchen is a nice pre-frame kitchen from the 60s, which has been preserved, adapted and renovated. The bathroom is newly built. The large bedroom has a whole closet wall with plenty of space - note that two closets are reserved for the landlord. Note that there are brand new very nice beds in the master bedroom.
