The space The Sol apartment, also called "Kin" (in Mayan), is spacious in its two spaces, fully furnished with good ventilation and natural lighting, in addition to being equipped with fans and air conditioners to mitigate the heat of the beautiful Yucatan. The internet is high speed; there is a tortilla shop, bakery and fruit shop on the corner and on the other corner there is an oxxo (mini super), in front of it you can board a bus, combi or go and come to get to the zocalo or main square. In the 1st area of the apartment you can see an open space concept where the living room is located with an elegant double sofa bed in an L-shape, coffee table and wooden corner pieces; dining room with tempered glass table for 4 diners, kitchen equipped with 2-burner induction grill and hood; sink, large stove to prepare your food, blender, filter coffee maker, 7 ft refrigerator, microwave, pots, kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, cutlery, wine glasses, trash cans, oil, salt, pepper and 2 small towels for cleaning the kitchen. This space also has a work area and ergonomic chair to work comfortably. In the 2nd separate area with a sliding glass door, you will find a room with a king size bed with bureaus, a dressing table, a closet, a hammock, and a full bathroom with an electric heater, handrails and a wheelchair in the shower area, towels, shampoo and soap. In addition, the apartment has a 55" smart TV in the living room and another 40" in the room with local channels, 2 ceiling fans and 2 air conditioners. Guest access In "Casa de Luz" you can enter through the main gate of the house and access the apartment by a marked path inside the front garden that leads you to the stairs hidden from the view of walkers and protected with a fence for your total privacy in this environment. The pool is located at the end of the property and access is through the hallway of the garage of the main house; the images specify the dimensions of the refreshing pool. Other things to note "Casa de Luz" in addition to the Kin apartment has other guest spaces located in a different area of the land. In "Kin" if you require you can include up to 2 more adults at an extra cost if you request it previously through the platform, these people can be accommodated on the double sofa bed located in the living room or in the hammock that is ready for use in the room.
