The space The guesthouse offers accommodation for couples, families and small groups, with suites located on the first and second floors (access via stairs). We have double, triple, and family room options, with different configurations and amenities, according to the category booked. All accommodations have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, private bathroom, a complete set of bed and bath linens, and options with a minibar and balcony, depending on the category's availability. Breakfast is not included in the accommodation. We offer a breakfast menu with several options, all charged individually. You will be inside Tombowl Park, a complex with a skate bowl, a food court and a surf & skate shop, just a 3-minute walk from Tombo Beach, a Blue Flag-certified beach. Guest access Exclusive access The reserved en-suite bathroom is for the guest's exclusive use, ensuring privacy and comfort throughout the stay. Shared Common Spaces (Tombowl Park) Skateboard park (bowl): available for use, with lessons for beginners (including 1 trial lesson) and sessions for more experienced riders to practice their tricks (free for guests). For more information about class fees and opening hours, please ask at the front desk. Bar: covered area for the consumption of beverages, open from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. After this time, the bar is closed for maintenance, but you can still use the drinks available in the refrigerator and enjoy them on the outside deck in a quieter setting. Food village: open to the public, with a selection of artisanal snacks, small plates, and a themed food stand for those who prefer Asian cuisine (open from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.). Outdoor areas: The complex features social spaces that encourage interaction and the skate and surf lifestyle experience. For those seeking more privacy, we provide tables and chairs in front of the suites on the first floor, ideal for enjoying food and drinks in greater comfort. During your stay We have a 24-hour front desk, with staff always available to help with whatever you need throughout your stay. Whether you have questions, need guidance, or require any support, we are ready to assist you and ensure you have the best experience possible. Other things to note To ensure comfort and a good experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you pay attention to the house rules: • Breakfast menu charged separately • We value rest: please be quiet from 11 pm to 8 am, including in common areas. Loud sounds, speakers, or the like are not allowed. • Only registered guests can stay at the guesthouse. Unauthorized visits may generate an additional charge. • Smoking is not allowed in the suites or covered areas. • We do not accept pets. • During the stay, we do not clean the rooms. • When leaving, we ask that you turn off the lights, TV and air conditioning, and always use the air conditioning with the room closed. • Avoid using towels and bedding with makeup, suntan lotion, sunscreen or products that may cause stains. • Hanging clothes in the inn's areas is not allowed. • We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the accommodations or common areas.
