Glamping in Downtown Summerville

Located in a safe and quiet spot right in downtown Summerville, just minutes from the interstate and local shopping. We are about 30 mins to downtown Charleston, cruise ports, and CHS Airport. The camper is a cozy 16 feet long, with two twin bunk beds and one “RV queen” bed complete with linens. Parked outside of our home, the camper has a dinette area, bathroom w/shower, a kitchen area with a sink, mini fridge, (no freezer), gas stove, and microwave. Welcome to your home away from home The space The property is right off the main road but nestled in the woods where you’d never expect to find it. A hidden gem of sorts, just around the corner to local shopping and the historic giant sweet tea. The camper is located on other side of our garage, so you have plenty of peace and quiet. If you love camping or are looking for something a little different, this is it! Included in the camper is a smart tv with Cable, Netflix, Disney +, and Hulu for streaming. PlayStation 4 with two controllers and a headset for gaming. Guest access To the right of the garage is the camper area. Feel free to use the space provided, but do not come onto the property of the home unless in an emergency. Other things to note Please be aware of the tank sensors located inside the camper - we dump the tanks daily, but you will need to notify us if they have become full before our next time to dump them. *If the tanks become flooded you will be responsible for the damages.* Instructions on how to tell if they’re full are located inside the camper. ***There is a $200 charge for flushing wipes or other products into the toilet*** Please do not flush any products besides toilet paper into the toilet. We dump the tanks once a day and if there is anything besides tp in the tanks, we will know because it ruins our macerator pump. Please just don’t do it. :)
